Several years ago, while (our team leader) was involved in giving a concierge service gig for a family on vacation, he witnessed firsthand frustration arising out of a poor service rendered by the booked service provider. It was a luxury safari package but the fleet that was provided did not match expectations, insufficient for the family and their cargo. He was induced to step in to avert the frustration by offering his vehicle for an extended room. This created a great bond between him and the clients and saw continuous visits that not only created memories but left footprints out of the volunteer and charity visits by the clients. This Incident created the desire and an argument inside “our team leader” of offering satisfying concierge and tour services to guests hence the birth of the Vision of Wildheart African Safaris.

This passion to build professional and memorable safari experiences keeps us going and drives Wildheart in a continuous process to work with the best service providers in delivering value for money for our clients! Building sustainable communities through voluntourism is our second hobby.
