Trek the giant species on your 4 Days Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park on this safari. Gorilla trekking in Uganda is the only experience where you get very close to the gorillas in their natural habitat. If you have read the reviews, you know this is one of the best activities to do in Uganda, Rwanda and the DRC.
The forest park is home to nearly half of the world’s population of the endangered mountain gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable National park is located in South-western Uganda along the Democratic Republic of Congo. Gorilla trekking in Uganda requires you to climb to a high altitude. Come prepared to test your fitness.
The sight of these peaceful giants will amaze you as you spend an hour observing them and taking pictures. Surely gorilla trekking in Uganda is worth it. After the Batwa pygmies were evicted from the forest, the park became a popular tourist destination in 1993 with Gorilla trekking as the main tourist activity.
